Bollywood cast aside remake of "Shutter" !
Alphonse Putharen's desire to remake Malayalam movie "Shutter" in Bollywood, goes back to the bag because it is not now in director's priority. Remake has got shelved due to technical problems related to movie's cast and other issues. The director himself confirmed the reports which points that Hindi version for "Shutter" stands cancel.
Innovative story telling had led Alphonse to remake "Shutter" in Bollywood and it was also reported that crew had approached Anil Kapoor and Abhay Deol for the same. News
also came that Prithviraj will work in this movie, meanwhile efforts to convince Bollywood had gone vain. Alphonse, who shot to fame with his debut directorial movie "Neram", is now concentrating on his next project.
2013 released movie "Shutter" directed by Joy Mathew, gained popularity through many film festivals and it revolves around 48 hours story happening in a city. Alphonse also quoted that he will be working on his next movie under the production of Anwar Rasheed Entertainment.
