Thilakan's condition continues to be serious...

Veteran Malayalam actor Thilakan, who was hospitalized on Aug 23 following two heart attacks and continued to be on Ventilator support. Hospital sources said that 76 year old actor still is in critical condition. Kerala state health minister V.S.Sivakumar stated that "Thilakan is responding to medicines and his condition is on slight progress".

        Health Minister V.S.Sivakumar also announced that Government would bear all the expenses for actor's treatment. Mammootty also paid visit to the KIMS Hospital, Thiruvananthapuram and enquired about the condition of actor. Mammookka along with Dulquer Salman and Producer Ranjith made it to the hospital. Mammootty prays for the speedy recovery of Thilakan and said that "AMMA would provide all the financial assistance for Thilakan chettan's treatment".

           Chief Minister Oomen Chandy visited the Doctors team to know the health status of Thilakan. V.S.Achuthanandan, Sibi Malayil, Suresh Gopi, Director Kamal, Maniyan Pilla Raju and others include among the visitors.
