Young and thrilling star of the Malayalam cinema, Fahadh Faasil again coming on this Friday (April 26) to deliver the best of classic novel "Yakshi" and this psycho-thriller was written by well known Malayattoor Ramakrishnan and now the director Shalini Usha Nair is all set with her adaptation of the novel in the film "Akam", which is releasing on this Friday.
Malayattoor Ramakrishnan's novel "Yakshi" had came in the year 1967, while the film concentrates on the female psycho related touch, where a young architect suspects his wife is a Yakshi. Fahadh Faasil is in the lead role of young architect, while his wife's
character would be portrayed by Anumol. Prakash Bare, Anuja Krishnan, Shelly, Sajitha Madathil, Giridhar and others include the cast. Cinematography has settled by Christopher John Smith and editing works have done by Arunima Shankar.
Well known figure in the Indian history, Malayattoor Ramakrishnan was in the news for controversies related to the Malayalam movie "Celluloid". The film has already screened at International Film Festival of Kerala (IFFK), Dubai International Film Festival and Shanghai International Film Festival.
