Dileesh Pothan turns director with "Maheshinte Prathikaaram"

Finally actor and associate director Dileesh Pothan has put on his step forward to fulfill his dreams. He is going to make his debut in direction with "Maheshinte Prathikaaram" Malayalam movie. This film will be produced by Aashiq Abu under the banner of OPM. Story has been prepared by Shyam Pushkaran and it's pre-production works are in process.

 Fahadh Faasil will do the lead character and other cast is yet to be decided.
Dileesh Pothan is pretty familiar face in director Aashiq Abu's film, whether it is "Salt N' Pepper", "5 Sundarikal" and last released "Gangster", he was all there in dual responsibility of associate director and an actor. If everything moves according with schedule then film's shoot will begin by December this year.

 The crew also is pretty much similar, where Shyju Khalid is the cinematographer, editing will be performed by Saiju Shreedharan. Bijibal to do the music, while Ajayan Challissery is art director. Costumes will be designed by Sameera Saneesh. 

 There are also reports that this new film would be a comical one and Idukki is one of its location.
