"Vikramadithyan" and "Manglish" roars at box office
Before Dileep starrer "Avatharam" storms Kerala box office, which has taken a blistering opening with around 2.70 crores in just 2 days. While the other two Malayalam releases across this festival season, "Vikramadithyan" and "Manglish" are also roaring at box office as both the films have taken a good opening from the first day onward.
On the day one "Vikramadithyan" takes an opening of gross around 90 lakhs and
in three days movie has garnered around 3 crores. The film has reportedly garnered over 5 crores in around 8 days and still it is going strong at the theaters with good response. On weekend film does the good business and now gradually lower down in collection. However film already went on to the hit status.
Finally some relief for Mammootty after having pass through rough patch, at least the figures points out that his film "Manglish" has grossed around 3 crores within 5 days of its release. Initial figures were pointed that film will not serve the purpose, but holidays factor came into rescue the prospect. Now lets wait for what effect does Dileep's "Avatharam" put on box office.
"Bangalore Days" still making its presence felt with limited number of shows and Lal Jr.'s "Hi I'm Tony" turns out a disappointment at the box office.
