Nadirsha turns director with "Amar Akbar Antony"

This is not about Manmohan Desai's 1977 Bollywood blockbuster, we are talking about "Amar Akbar Antony" Malayalam movie. Yes you heard it right, King of all parodies, Television anchor and actor Nadirsha is all set to direct his first film. However, it has nothing to do with Hindi movie, just name resemblance.

 On his first directorial venture, Prithviraj, Indrajith and Jayasurya will
appear in major characters. He also revealed that there is a project that he is planning to do with best friend and Malayalam actor Dileep.
  
 Reports also suggest that Vedhika would be the choice in female lead. Pre-production works are in process and the shoot has been proposed to begin from April 16th this year. The locations are Fort Kochi, Ootty and Thailand.


  The film will be produced under the banner of United Globel Media Entertainment in association with Ananya Films by Dr. Zachariah Thomas and Alwyn Anthony.

 Sujith Vaassudev is the cinematographer, editing would be done by Johnkutty. Santhosh Varma, Nadhishah and Baappu Vaavaad's lyrics would be composed by Deepak Dev.

  As per the reports, it will be an entertainer and the scripting has been done by Bibin George and Vishnu Unnikrishnan. After his stint with Kalabhavan troupe, Nadirsha clicked to Malayalam film world with his acting in "Kasargod Khader Bhai" (1992). Thereon he tried his hands in singing, lyrics writing and music direction.

 So guys, get ready to see another face of multi-talented Nadirsha as director.....
