Dr.Biju's "Perariyathavar" not to be screened in IFFK !

In the coming 19th edition of IFFK (International Film Festival of Kerala), The makers of National Award winning film "Perariyathavar", have decided not to screen their film in the festival. As per the reports, director Dr. Biju and producer are not happy with the selection process, in which their film has been selected under Malayalam cinema category.

 On the other, it is also reported that makers want their film to be listed
in competition section, which has won National Award. Although makers have given another reason that film is not released yet that's why they are withdrawing. Earlier director Ranjith also withdrawn his film "Njaan" from IFFK, where festival is scheduled to held between December 12 to 19.

 Suraj Venjaramoodu has won Best Actor's National Award for this film. Dr.Biju directed this film unveil the story of two sweepers and the problems they have to face in the society. Indrans, Nedumudi Venu, Sona Nair, Govardhan, Seema G Nair and others include the cast.
