Eros International to co-produce "Life of Josutty"
One of the giant production house of Indian cinema, Eros International Plc. is all set his eyes on Malayalam cinema market. With its expansion plan in regional cinema, Eros has started to spread its wing in M-Town. The production house to co-produce Dileep and Jeethu Joseph's latest movie "Life of Josutty".
The leading global entertainment brand Eros to partner with Backwater Studios
to produce this Dileep starer movie. Currently film's first schedule has already began at the location of Kattappana and other location of Idukki. It's next schedule will be shot at international location of New Zealand. The producers are eyeing worldwide release in June 2015.
Soundarya A Rajinikanth, director - creative & strategy for South India for Eros, points out that Malayalam entertainment industry is very important in terms of their business and looking forward to the potential Malayalam films has to offer.
After the blockbuster movie "Drishyam", director Jeethu Joseph is again partnering with Dileep for the movie "Life Of Josutty". Jyothi Krishna and Rachana Narayanankutty are the female lead. Suraj Venjaramoodu, Kalabhavan Mani, Harish Perady, Sunil Sukhada, Dharmajan Bolgatty, Noby and others include the cast.
Pranav Mohanlal is again assisting Jeethu Joseph in the direction after the movie "Papanasam".
It is not the first time that global production house are foraying into Malayalam, before this UTV Motion Pictures (which is now part of Disney) have also tried their luck in the industry with the movie "Grandmaster" and other.
